 LABNOUnique identification number assigned by the laboratory
 FIELDField number assigned by the submitter designated in the "name" field.
Geographic location
 STATEState in which the sample was collected.
 COUNTYCounty in which the sample was collected.
 LATITUDENorth latitude of sample site reported in decimal degrees. (NAD27, Clarke 1866)
 LONGITUDELongitude of sample site reported in decimal degrees. Longitudes up to 180 degrees west are reported in negative decimal degrees. Longitudes up to 180 degrees east are reported in positive decimal degrees. (NAD27, Clarke 1866)
Processing information
 JOBNLaboratory job number assigned by the analytical laboratory. One job number may contain from one to a few hundred samples.
 NAMEName of person who sumbitted the sample to the laboratory for chemical analysis.
 SUB__DATEDate the sample was submitted for analysis
 TOAType of analysis (Chemical method by which the sample was analyzed)
