This is a Point data set. It contains the following vector data types (SDTS terminology):
Horizontal positions are specified in geographic coordinates, that is, latitude and longitude. Latitude and longitude values are specified in decimal degrees.
The horizontal datum used is World Geodetic System 1984.
The ellipsoid used is WGS 84.
The semi-major axis of the ellipsoid used is 6378137.
The flattening of the ellipsoid used is 1/298.257.
Unique identifying number corresponding to label on map published as Open-File Report 20010-1254. Also used in Notes field as an identifier for other operations when capacities are combined. Please note that closed facilities are not included in this rep. Integer values. Int of width 4.
